How to charge to make new energy vehicle batteries last longer?

Batteries are the core of new energy vehicles, because from a technical point of view,
batteries are not only related to battery life, but also related to the life cycle of most cars.
When the car has been driven to a certain number of years, the cost of replacing the battery at its own expense is still relatively high.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop good charging habits!

1. Avoid charging at high temperature
Charging at high temperatures will shorten the battery life.
Therefore, in hot weather like summer, try to choose a charging parking space that is not exposed to direct sunlight,
turn off the car for 10 minutes, wait for the battery temperature to drop, and then start charging.

2. If the new energy vehicle is not driven for a long time, it should be charged regularly
When the vehicle is idle for a long time, it should be parked after being fully charged.
If the battery is in a state of low power for a long time, the power will be easily exhausted, which will affect the service life of the battery.
The longer the vehicle is idle, the more damaged the battery pack will be, so to keep the battery pack in good condition, regular charging is also required when the vehicle is idle.

3. When conditions permit, choose slow charging first
In autumn and winter, when the temperature drops, many car owners worry that frequent fast charging will affect the service life of the battery.
In fact, the battery system of electric vehicles has been tested and certified by national professional institutions, which can guarantee a normal service life.
At the same time, the built-in BMS (battery management system) of the battery system will protect the battery, so fast charging will not cause the battery to "death".
